Return and refund policy

Refund Policy

Damaged Goods

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you find any broken items, or in any way unsatisfied with items you purchased, feel free to return them for a full refund.

Potterly Studios is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. 

To initiate the process, send us an email at info.potterly.studios@gmail.com with any relevant photos of broken items/refund inquiries. Please let us know if there are any available items in the shop of equal or lesser value, and we may be able to ship out another item for your trouble.

Notification by email is required within 30 days of receipt of the shipment on all refunds. All unbroken items must be returned in "as-new" condition. The buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping fees. Return address will be provided via email. The return package is the buyer's responsibility until received by potterly studios. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us directly at info.potterly.studios@gmail.com.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Tableware or any functional objects cannot be returned.

All change of mind/unsatisfied returns will be inspected for any breakage or usage before refunds are made.

 

Refund Status

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded through your original payment method. Please remember it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
